"I want to do something, but what?" Many people, especially students, experience powerlessness or doubt about how they can contribute to a better future. The world faces major challenges ranging from food crisis to climate problem and from poverty to resource crisis. Many of these problems are linked to the economy and to achieve a world of widespread prosperity, change in this system is needed. What role can you as an individual play in the transition? And do individual actions matter? These questions were central to Ine Mols' post-doc research. The insights were incorporated into a toolkit with 16 forms of work for agency. These work forms are divided into five themes: Inspiration, Worldview, Actions, Role Models and Your Own Role.
The toolkit provides teachers with concrete work forms that can be used directly in lessons. To this end, the accompanying manual describes some learning paths and learning outcomes, but also makes it clear that all the work forms can be mixed for specific contexts.
On this website you will find the complete toolkit materials including the teacher's guide, slides and additional teaching materials.
